Small house remodel

The homeowner had recently purchased a house that had been within their friend group for years. She wanted to make some updates since the home had been a rental for quite some time and definitely needed refurbishing.

One project was to rearrange the existing, vintage, all wood kitchen cabinets into a new, more usable flow–adding some new appliance, flooring, and countertops.

In the living room an old, mis-matched floor was blended into the new kitchen floor and the fireplace refaced.

The bathroom was rearranged to have a large, open shower with new flooring and a new cabinet for the sink.

The bedrooms got new floors and repaired baseboards.

New doors were added to give the house a more modern feel.
